The figure will be available from most major retailers with an expected arrival this fall. As a fan of both shows (and the character), there’s no way I’m not picking up one of these. But you can’t fault the design team for that - especially when they absolutely nailed how this guy looked in the Obi-Wan Kenobi series.Īnd even if the live-action translation continues to be a sticking point, there’s no denying that this is an absolutely superb action figure on its own merit. Yes, the head shape is off compared to how the character should’ve looked based on his appearance in Star Wars: Rebels. The set is expected to arrive in stores this fall. I know some folks don’t like this new Luke Skywalker, but I’m really digging it - especially since Hasbro appears to have fixed the facial portrait so he doesn’t appear to be in a state of catatonic shock.
